Equal Pay for Equal Work language among gains in new Gumpert’s contract Mississauga, Ont. – August 11, 2018 – UFCW Local 175 food processing members recently ratified a new union contract with Gumpert’s bakery supply in Mississauga, Ontario.

The Gumpert’s members, who make private-label baked goods for various Canadian brands, will see a number of improvements and bonuses as part of their new UFCW contract, including:

The new union contract also achieves contract language improvements, including the enshrinement of Equal Pay for Equal Work.
