Manufacturing workers at Lev-Fab Aerospace join the union – UFCW 1991P

St-Jérôme, Qué. – February 7, 2019 – Manufacturing workers at Lev-Fab Aerospace in Saint-Jérôme, Québec are the newest members of UFCW Canada Local 1991P after recently saying “Yes!” to joining the union.

The 90 new members manufacture pipes and exhaust systems for the aviation industry. They joined the union to gain a strong voice at work.

“By joining UFCW, the Lev-Fab Aerospace workers will be able to improve their workplace,” says Mario Maisonneuve, President of UFCW Canada Local 1991P. “We are committed to defending the rights and interests of the Lev-Fab members, and we look forward to providing them with excellent representation,” he adds.
