Administration members at Association chasse et pêche Martin-Pêcheur win gains – UFCW 501

Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, Que. – June 10, 2019 – UFCW Canada Local 501 members working at the Association chasse et pêche Martin-Pêcheur, a hunting and fishing association in Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, Quebec, have a new union contract that provides wage increases, higher premiums, and more.

The new collective agreement runs until November 2021 and covers 15 UFCW 501 members who work as receptionists and patrollers at the association.

Under the new contract, members will enjoy the following gains:

”Congratulations to the members at the Association chasse et pêche Martin-Pêcheur, who played a vital role in these negotiations,” says Daniel Nadeau, UFCW 501 Director for Eastern Quebec. “We bargained with passion and determination and are very happy with the results,” he adds.
