• Acknowledging the risks that frontline workers face, and the critical contributions they are making, by ensuring that these workers are given priority during Canada's COVID-19 vaccine rollout.

• Permanent pay increases for frontline members to better reflect the critical contributions that UFCW members make to the day-to-day needs of Canadians.

• Full and consistent compliance of all employers and customers with health and safety protocols endorsed by the union and public health guidelines.
