We are the Union for Organigram Workers

As one of Canada’s largest private sector union’s, UFCW Canada is proud to represent Cannabis workers across the country, and we want to include you and your coworkers at Organigram.

With a strong backing from our National counterparts, UFCW Eastern Provinces Councils Locals 1288P (N.B.), 864 (N.S., P.E.I.) and 1252 (N.L.) has set the standards for more than 6,000 workers across the region bringing in greater working conditions, better health and safety regulations, increased wages, fair scheduling and more.

Our union helps workers in the cannabis industry and their families build a better life, which is why more and more workers are turning to UFCW Canada to gain the advantage.

Join Atlantic Canada's Best Union for Cannabis Workers

As Organigram continues to grow in size, it is important for the workers to be backed up by a stronger force who is able to advocate for proper workplace practices such as improved health and safety regulations, increased personal protective equipment, fair scheduling, improved wages, health benefits packages and more. As the sector grows, the workers grow, and it is important for those workers to be backed by a strong union fighting on their behalf.

As we lead the charge for cannabis workers across Canada, we are looking to not only advocate for staff concerns surrounding well-being, safety and job security but also the compensation, profit sharing and decision making in a growing industry.

With production facilities expanding across the country, workers’ health and safety must be protected, and UFCW EPC is here for Organigram staff.
