Janitorial service workers join union – UFCW 1006A

Toronto – January 5, 2026 – Workers at Diamond Property Services, in janitorial services, voted to join UFCW 1006A. The bargaining unit is made of members who work in a condo residence in Toronto.

 “We are thrilled to welcome our newest members from Diamond Property Services to our union family,” says UFCW 1006A President Wayne Hanley. “We look forward to supporting our members as we begin the process of negotiating and securing a first contract.”
