Workers at Molson Breweries ratify new contract – UFCW 175
Toronto – February 2, 2026 – UFCW 175 members at Molson Breweries have ratified a new four-year collective agreement including wage increases, improved benefits and more.
Highlights include significant wage increases, a defined benefit pension plan, improve benefit package, and paid sick days. In addition, the new contract includes maternity leave top-up increases, compliance regarding employer-provided menstrual products, and more.
