Beverage workers in London build better life – UFCW 175
London, Ont. – May 2, 2026 – UFCW Local 175 bargaining unit members at Pepsi in London have achieved a new three-year collective agreement.
The new agreement secures improved wages and route picking language – both of which were items sought by the membership.
In addition to the wage improvements, shift premiums and tool allowances have improved. Other highlights include improve language on bidding of delivery routes and improved route picking as well. Further, members will benefit from the deletion of continental shifts, and an additional floater day.
