Workers at Sanipro join the union – UFCW 1991-P
Joliette, Que. – August 12, 2026 – UFCW Local 1991-P is proud to welcome new members from Sanipro in Joliette, Quebec. The workers at the company said YES! to joining UFCW to build a stronger voice for better wages and improved working conditions.
Sanipro specializes in the cleaning and sanitization of equipment used in the agri-food industry.
The accreditation application was filed on April 11, 2026, and was accepted by the Tribunal administratif du travail (Administrative Labour Tribunal) on May 25, 2026.
