Pasta is a very popular food in Canada, as dry pasta sales amounted to $348.82 million in 2019, while other types of pasta and remaining sauces garnered sales of approximately $302.63 million last year. Per capita consumption of pasta, meanwhile, is projected to be 7.9 kilograms for 2020, according to Statista.
