Food retail members at No Frills ratify new contract – UFCW 1006A
Vaughan, Ont. – October 20, 2022 – UFCW 1006A members working at No Frills locations in Ontario recently secured a new collective agreement after lengthy negotiations to avoid labour disruption across the food retail banner.
“On behalf of the negotiating committee, thanks to all the members for their unwavering support throughout the process,” says UFCW 1006A President Wayne Hanley. “Participation from the membership helped make this fair settlement possible.”
The new collective agreement includes improvements to wages, benefits and bereavement language while avoiding any concessions to previous contract gains.
