Drummondville, Que. – July 21, 2016 – Workers at the Carrousel Packaging plant located in Drummondville, Quebec are the newest members of UFCW Canada Local 1991P after saying “Yes!” to joining the union last month.
Trochu, Alta. – July 19, 2016 – UFCW Canada Local 1118 members working at Sunterra Meats in Trochu, Alberta have overwhelmingly ratified their first collective agreement.
Edmonton – July 20, 2016 – Conservative MP Jason Kenney, who recently launched his bid for the leadership of the Alberta Conservative Party, has twice declared that former Con boss Stephen Harper "was the greatest prime minister of the 20th century."
