Food processing members at Cargill Brampton build a better life – UFCW 175 & 633
Brampton, Ont. – October 13, 2022 – UFCW 175 & 633 members at Cargill Brampton recently ratified a new collective agreement that increases wages, benefits and union security.
Members will see the wage progression eliminated at date of ratification amounting to a .50 cent to $1.00 per hour increase for all active members, in addition to wage increases upwards of $3.00 per hour over the life of the four-year contract and a $500 singing bonus.
Benefit coverage for massage, physiotherapy, chiropractic, and psychological services all increase in the new contract alongside improvements to union security for steward representation and timelines on arbitration.
