Members at Metro Pembroke build better life – UFCW 175 & 633
Pembroke, Ont. – May 10, 2024 – Members working at the Metro in Pembroke have unanimously ratified a four-year agreement; this is the first contract renewal for these workers.
The new contract ratifies wage increases and numerous language improvements, including wage increases for both full-time and part-time members, increases to night shift premiums, and more. The new contract also includes benefit and language improvements, including increases to STD weekly premiums, vision care, paid sick leave for part-time members, and more.
