Members at Refresco Calgary ratify new agreement – UFCW 401

Calgary – July 19, 2024 – UFCW Local 401 members at Refresco in Calgary have voted to accept the company’s latest improved offer by 86%.

Highlights of the offer included substantial wage increases, benefit improvement, additional sick pay, an additional statutory holiday for the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, and more.

Refresco Group (formerly Cott Beverages) is a beverage production and bottling plant. UFCW 401 members produce in-house brand colas and juice/energy drinks for such companies as Co-op and Superstore.
