Toronto — May 30, 2023 — As 2023 Pride season begins, 2SLGBTQIA+ Canadians are facing an unprecedented rise in hate. UFCW Canada is collaborating with national organizations to counter the 2SLGBTQIA+ hate occurring across the country.
Toronto – May 29, 2023 – UFCW Canada alongside international allies strongly condemn the criminalizing of trade-union activists in Cambodia after nine union leaders of the IUF-affiliated LRSU received prison sentences for their role in protesting the unjust termination of thousands of union members last year.
Vancouver – May 26, 2023 – UFCW 1518 members at IGA #11 are celebrating a new contract victory that helps to address affordability issues for the downtown Vancouver workers.
