St. Malo, Man. – April 22, 2024 – UFCW 832 members working at Chalet Malouin’s seniors’ retirement home have voted yes to a new collective agreement, including increased wages and other benefits.

Toronto – April 16, 2024 – April 22 was designated as “International Mother Earth” day by the UN General Assembly in 2009. It recognizes that the Earth and its ecosystems are our home, and that it is necessary to promote harmony with nature and the Earth. The term “Mother Earth” reflects the interdependence that exists among human beings, other living species and the planet we all inhabit.
