Washington, D.C. – March 4, 2025 – UFCW leaders, including National President Shawn Haggerty, representing 1.3 million workers in both Canada and the United States, convened in Washington, D.C. to address the growing concerns over the harmful effects of a potential trade war between the two nations.

Toronto – February 28, 2025 – UFCW 1006A members, who work at the Radisson Blu hotel in downtown Toronto, have ratified a new union contract. The three-year contract covers 60 members.

Cornwall, Ont. – February 24, 2025 – The new UFCW 175 members at Lallemand Inc. in Cornwall unanimously ratified their first collective agreement on February 2, 2025, with a three-year term.
